Summary: The book provided a lively, and frequently controversial discussion ... Nearly everyone felt fiercely critical of it on at least one count (if not myriad), yet several of us furtively confessed to having found it compelling, if only compellingly awful. This was a great example of a book we didn't respect a lot, but which provided a fascinating group. (Please update the score if I remembered it wrong!)
